These are the changes to 2026 benefits.
There will be increases to the deductibles for all three Medical plans in 2026:
These increases do not apply to employees in Hawaii.
In 2026, Emergency Room visits for all three Medical plans will have a $150 copay (waived if you are admitted), plus deductible and coinsurance. This does not apply to employees living in Hawaii.
The HSA contribution limit will increase to $4,400 for individual coverage and $8,750 for family coverage.
The Health Care Flexible Spending FSA contribution limit will increase to $3,300.
There will be slight increases to Medical, Dental, and Vision contributions. The 2026 Medical, Dental, and Vision rates can be found here. Rates for other benefits, including Critical Illness Insurance, the Accident Protection Plan, and the Hospital Indemnity Protection Plan, are available when employees enroll.

With updated navigation and a user-friendly layout, it’s easier than ever to review and select benefits. Employees can access the enrollment tool from the homepage of this website by selecting Enroll, Review, or Change Benefits.
The Survivor Support Program is a resource for survivors when an employee and/or dependent death occurs. This benefit enhancement provides beneficiaries with direct access to a Survivor Advocate to assist in managing benefit items when an unfortunate loss occurs. In the drop down below, you can find an overview of the program.
