Baker Hughes has decided to terminate the Dresser Pension Plan (the “Plan”) and transition responsibility for paying Plan benefits to a qualified insurance carrier. This change will have no impact on your earned benefits and no action is required of you at this time.

You will now have an opportunity to take your benefit in a lump sum payment as part of the termination.
