2027 Annual Enrollment: October 5 to October 16, 2026

This year's enrollment will be passive. If you choose not to make changes during the enrollment window, your existing elections will carry into 2027 with the same coverage levels you have today, as long as you remain benefits-eligible.

There are two exceptions:

• You must make an active election to contribute to the Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and/or the HSA, or your account contributions will default to $0 in 2027.

• For 2027, we are offering two dental plan options. If you are currently enrolled in the Dental plan and do not make an active election, you will be automatically enrolled in the High Dental plan. If you want to enroll in the Low Dental plan in 2027, you must make an active election.
  

If you do not want Baker Hughes Benefits, you must actively enroll in No Coverage.

2027 Benefits Changes

Plan contributions

Medical (including Hawaii) and Dental contributions will increase in 2027. You can find your 2027 Medical, Dental, and Vision rates in the Benefits Guide. Rates for other benefits, including Critical Illness Insurance, the Accident Protection Plan, and the Hospital Indemnity Protection Plan, are available when you enroll.

Medical plan deductibles

There will be increases to the deductibles for all three Medical plans in 2027:

• Standard PPO plan: $1,000 for individual coverage and $2,000 for family coverage
• Premium HSA plan: $1,900 for individual coverage and $3,800 for family coverage
• Basic HSA plan: $3,500 for individual coverage and $7,000 for family coverage

These increases do not apply to the Hawaii Medical plan.

New Dental plan option for 2027

Baker Hughes is offering a second Dental plan option for 2027. You have the option of enrolling in the High plan or the Low plan. Click here to see an overview of the two Dental plans.

Savings and spending account contribution limits

• The HSA contribution limit will increase to $4,500 for individual coverage and $9,000 for family coverage.
• The Health Care FSA contribution limit will increase to $3,400.
• The Dependent Care FSA contribution limit will increase to $5,800. If an employee is married and files separate tax returns, the 2027 limit is $2,900.

2027 benefit additions and enhancements for UHC Medical plan enrollees

These programs and benefits are only available to employees enrolled in a Baker Hughes UHC medical plan.

• NEW: Carrum is a benefit that offers surgery, cancer treatment, or treatment for substance use disorder support. Carrum is a Centers of Excellence (COE) service that connects individuals with highly experienced doctors, leading specialists, and top-rated hospitals known for delivering high-quality care and outcomes.
• NEW: Through the free Hello Heart app, individuals can track key health metrics such as blood pressure, receive personalized coaching and reminders, and gain actionable insights to help prevent or reduce the risk of heart disease and other cardiovascular conditions.
• ENHANCEMENT: Baker Hughes is expanding Kindbody’s fertility and family-building benefits by adding comprehensive menopause care and providing access to expert providers and personalized support.

2027 benefit additions and enhancements for all employees

These programs and benefits are available to all employees.

• NEW: ID Watchdog’s Identity Theft Protection Plan monitors credit and helps individuals better protect their identity. Enrollees can safeguard their devices and digital identity with ID Watchdog features such as device security and online privacy, a personal VPN, and a password manager. Coverage can be purchased for an individual or for the individual and their family.
• ENHANCEMENT: Anyone who enrolls in LegalEase in 2027 will have access to the LawAssure and Hello Divorce apps. LawAssure provides convenient access to legal forms, document preparation tools, estate planning resources, and legal guidance from their devices. Hello Divorce offers personalized guidance, planning tools, and expert support to help employees navigate divorce, separation, co-parenting, and other family transitions.

401(k) Plan

You can review and make changes to your 401(k) anytime during the year. No action is required during Annual Enrollment. Annual Enrollment is a good time to consider contributing at least 5% in order to get the full company match, review your investment allocation, and make sure your beneficiaries are up to date.
