Effective January 1, 2025, Cigna Healthcare, Global Health Benefits will only be offering global ID cards online via the customer portal, Cigna Envoy® or via the Cigna Envoy mobile app. Hard copy ID cards will no longer be mailed, as you can download or print your ID cards online via Cigna Envoy.
You can download the Cigna Envoy mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
When you log in, you will need to register using your email, the last four digits of your Social Security number (which can be found in Workday), and your date of birth.

You and your family have access to free, confidential assistance through the Cigna Global Health Benefits® International Employee Assistance Program (IEAP). Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Learn more here. There is no cost to you to use the IEAP
The IEAP provides information and six in-person counseling sessions each year on work, personal, or family issues, including legal and financial assistance. Support is available in your native language.
