We are thrilled that you've joined the BHGE team! As you begin your career here, you’ve got a lot to do. So, we want to make getting your benefits started as easy a possible. This webpage has information to help you enroll in your benefits. 

If you are hired into a legacy GE Oil & Gas entity in 2018, you will need to enroll in 2018 GE O&G benefits and 2019 BHGE benefits.

If you are hired into a legacy Baker Hughes entity in 2018, you will need to enroll in 2018 and 2019 BHGE benefits.

You must enroll in your benefits within 31 days of your date of hire. The 2018 benefits you choose will be in effect from your date of hire through December 31, 2018. The 2019 benefits you choose will be in effect from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.

If you have questions about your BHGE benefits, call the BHGE Benefits Center at 1-866-244-3539. They are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST.

If you have questions about your 2018 GE O&G benefits, go to OneHR.GE.com which has resources for the majority of the questions you may have. If you don’t find the answer to your question, call the GE Benefits Center at 1-800-252-5259.

New Hire Checklist

Here’s a benefits checklist to help you keep everything straight as you enroll in your benefits. 

  • Review your 2018 and 2019 benefits guides.
  • Read the FAQs.
  • Watch the 2019 BHGE benefits overview modules.
  • Choose coverage for you and your family. You need to choose coverage for both 2018 and 2019.
  • To enroll in your 2018 and 2019 benefits, click here.
  • Enroll or waive coverage within 31 days of your date of hire.
  • Make sure you have your dependents' Social Security numbers handy as they are required to enroll your dependents.
  • Confirm your elections. For your Health & Protection benefits, you will automatically receive an emailed confirmation statement and a confirmation statement will also be mailed to your home address on file for your records. If you find any errors, contact the BHGE Benefits Center immediately. For the 401(k) Plan, you can print a copy of your confirmation statement.
