Welcome to your Baker Hughes benefits. This site provides everything you need to understand and use your benefits.
From October 5 to October 16, you can enroll in or make changes to your current elections. The benefits elections you make during Annual Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2027.
If you choose not to make any changes to your current IPR Health & Protection benefits by Friday, October 16, your elections will rollover to 2027, as long as you remain eligible.
The only exception is that you have to make an active election to contribute to the Health Care FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA, or your account contributions will default to $0 in 2027.
Unless you experience a Qualified Status Change (like having a baby or getting married), your next opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits will be during next year's Annual Enrollment.
Medical and Dental plan contributions will increase in 2027. You can find your 2027 Medical and Dental rates in your 2027 Benefits Guide which you will find below. All other rates are available for review when you enroll.
The Health Care FSA contribution limit will increase to $3,400 in 2027. The Dependent Care Flexible Spending FSA contribution limit will increase to $5,800. If you are married and file separate tax returns, the 2027 limit is $2,900. There will be slight Medical contribution increases for both plans.
You can review and make changes to your 401(k) account anytime during the year. No action is required during Annual Enrollment. Annual Enrollment is a good time to consider contributing at least 5% to get the full company match, review your investment allocation, and make sure your beneficiaries are up to date. Access your account and Summary Plan Description here.
