You must enroll in or waive your Health & Protection benefits within 31 days of your date of hire. The benefits you choose will be in effect as of your date of hire.
If you have questions about your benefits: Health & Protection representatives are available Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to7:00 p.m. CST. 401(k) representatives are available Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.

You will not be able to make changes to your Health & Protection benefits until the next Annual Enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualified Status Change (like having a baby or getting married). You can change your 401(k) contribution at any time.
