The EAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you and family members living with you.
Call the EAP for resources and referrals for counseling services related to grief and loss, marital issues, depression,
anxiety, stress, time management and other concerns. Additionally, the EAP can assist with legal and financial questions, finding child or elder care and other personal needs. Up to five, in-person counseling sessions are available for each issue.
Enrollment in the EAP is automatic. All services from the EAP are provided at no cost to you and are completely confidential.
If you need assistance, you can call 1-855-409-7074 and speak to an EAP counselor. Sometimes a telephone call is all it takes. However, if you need additional counseling, you can schedule an appointment with an EAP counselor. The EAP can also provide referrals to other providers or community sources if you need additional assistance.
The EAP website (access code: BakerHughes) also includes other various resources and educational materials on health and wellness topics, mental health, stress, substance abuse and daily life management.
