Enrolling in your BHGE benefits is quick and easy.
Click here to access myRewards, our benefits enrollment website. If you are new to myRewards, you will need to register the first time you access the site. You will be required to create a unique user ID and password for myRewards.
Access is available 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, and after 12:00 p.m. CST on Sundays.

After you have completed your enrollment:
For Health & Protection: You will automatically receive an emailed confirmation statement. After the enrollment window has closed, a confirmation statement will also be mailed to your home address on file for your records. If you find any errors, contact the BHGE Benefits Center immediately.
For the 401(k) Plan: You can print a copy of your confirmation statement.
You will receive a new ID card for your Medical plan and Dental plan. You will not receive a new ID card for the Prescription Drug benefit. You will receive an HSA debit card for the Health Savings Account if you’re enrolling for the first time. You will not receive an ID card for the Vision plan, Health Care FSA or Dependent Care FSA.
You will be automatically enrolled in the Standard BHGE Medical Plan with Employee Only coverage. The only other coverage you will be enrolled in is Basic Life/AD&D Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance and Disability Protection depending on your employment status. You will not be able to make changes to your benefits until next year’s Annual Enrollment unless you experience a Qualified Status Change.
If you are newly eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan, you will be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) at a pre-tax contribution rate of 3% of your eligible pay with an automatic increase of 1% annually. You will be invested in the Moderate Style Fund.
As a BHGE employee, I understand that I may be eligible for Health and Welfare benefit coverage. Certain benefits are provided and paid for by BHGE. Other plans and coverage levels require an employee contribution. Upon election of any level of coverage which requires an employee contribution via payroll deduction, I hereby authorize BHGE to deduct the applicable contribution from my paycheck as required. I realize that premium amounts may be adjusted by the benefit providers/administrators or BHGE, and that I will be notified in writing of such changes.
BHGE accepts no liability or responsibility for paying any employee portion of premiums. Paychecks are prepared biweekly (26 paychecks in 2019). Most payroll benefit deductions are collected semi-monthly from the first two paychecks of each month (25 deductions per year). Depending upon timing of plan election, payroll deduction of retroactive premiums may be necessary. Failure to pay required premiums within the specified timeframe during the leave will result in termination of coverage.
If during the course of employment with BHGE, I am approved for a Leave of Absence (LOA), I understand I will be required to pay my employee contributions for coverage in place prior to leave. Payment of these premiums for continuation of coverages will be deducted from my paycheck. If I am not receiving pay during the leave, the premiums will be direct-billed to you until you return to work.
Upon termination of employment, it may be necessary for BHGE to deduct the remainder of any employee contributions for the current month’s coverages, in addition to any outstanding amounts.
