The Adoption Assistance Program offers a maximum benefit of $5,000 per eligible child (up to two children per employee). If you adopt a child and your situation qualifies for benefits, the Program reimburses you for a portion of your eligible expenses once the adoption is legally final.
You're eligible for the Adoption Assistance Program if you're an eligible full-time employee and have worked at Baker Hughes for 12 continuous months.
