I've had a qualified status change (e.g., marriage, birth of a child, divorce). How do I change my benefits?

You should click here to process your Qualified Status Change or call the Baker Hughes Benefits Center at 1-847-883-0945 (worldwide) or 1-866-244-3539 (within the US).

What if I have questions about my benefits?

Baker Hughes benefits representatives are available at 1-847-883-0945 (worldwide) or 1-866-244-3539 (within the US), Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST.

I am a new hire or have transferred to the company. How do I enroll in benefits?

No enrollment is necessary. If you are assigned to an eligible Short-Term Assignment (STA), you will automatically receive Cigna Global Health Benefits effective on the date you are hired or transferred to the eligible assignment. These benefits are provided at no cost to you by Baker Hughes.

Who can I cover on my benefits?

Cigna Global Health Benefits cover the employee only and do not apply to dependents. Dependents may remain covered under your home-country benefit programs, subject to the eligibility rules of those plans.

How do I log in as a new hire?

When you log in, you will need to register using your email, the last four digits of your Social Security number (which can be found in Workday), and your date of birth.
